Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for high-impact customer accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account strategies aligned with business objectives and manage renewal exposure
- Act as the voice of strategic customers internally and influence product direction and cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise accounts
- Deep experience in health tech, EHRs, insurance, or healthcare SaaS
- Proven executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Strong strategic thinking and judgment skills
