Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - Billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for high-impact customer accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop and execute multi-quarter account strategies aligned with business objectives and manage renewal exposure
  • Act as the voice of strategic customers internally and influence product direction and cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise accounts
  • Deep experience in health tech, EHRs, insurance, or healthcare SaaS
  • Proven executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking and judgment skills
