Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will proactively engage with stakeholders to illustrate the value of Dataiku's software and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve a diverse portfolio of leading organizations across various industries to understand client use cases and desired business outcomes
  • Guide customer organizations in leveraging Dataiku for data science projects, ensuring effective adoption and growth strategies
  • Implement customer engagement strategies, including Success Reviews and community events, to enhance customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 7-15 years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting, preferably in enterprise software or data science
  • Strong understanding of the data science project lifecycle and experience supporting organizations in their AI maturity curve
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to data scientists
  • Current residence on the East Coast, with a preference for the Northeastern region
