Job Summary
Acting as a dedicated resource for a strategic book of large enterprise accounts, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will ensure successful Apple deployment within the Jamf product suite, driving customer engagement, adoption, and retention while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-touch, high-value enterprise accounts to achieve desired business outcomes through proactive engagement
- Partner with customers and executive stakeholders to understand critical goals and key performance indicators
- Drive adoption and retention efforts by identifying success metrics and building strategic plans aligned with customer business goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with global complexity
- Expertise in Apple ecosystems and enterprise IT workflows
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management solutions (preferred)
- Technical acumen in MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks (preferred)
