Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of complex health system partnerships, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will serve as a senior advisor, develop tailored success plans, and lead executive business reviews while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of health system partners and large multi-location private practices, acting as the primary escalation point
- Develop and execute customized success plans that align HealthSnap's capabilities with partners' strategic and financial goals
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions, utilizing data to quantify ROI and foster internal champions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or healthcare operations within a health tech or SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of revenue cycle management, including billing workflows and CPT coding
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex conversations with executive stakeholders
- Proven structured problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement initiatives
