Job Summary
Managing a focused portfolio of global, strategic accounts, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor, driving governance, adoption, and measurable impact while coordinating a cross-functional account team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle for a tailored program with joint success plans and governance cadences
- Build multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders across decentralized buying centers and multiple business units
- Design and scale AI-powered customer programs while driving adoption and consumption growth aligned with customer business strategies
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic Account Management with a track record of retaining and growing global flagship accounts
- 2+ years of experience in the AdTech / MarTech space, preferably with large, global clients
- Demonstrated experience as an AI Champion, successfully advocating for and scaling AI solutions
- Strong business acumen to connect product capabilities with customer business objectives and value-based use-case adoption
- Experience supporting customers on cloud-based SaaS platforms and leading solution conversations
