Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic insights and data analysis to support Executive Management in decision-making for Customer Service functions
Drive the creation and enhancement of Global Laboratory Solutions analytics and KPI reporting
Act as Product Owner for critical analytics solutions and engage with stakeholders on project opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Five years of experience in data analytics or related roles
Experience with Microsoft Tool Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Three years of experience with tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, SAS, Databricks, Python, or Azure DevOps
Two years of experience in implementing complex data projects in a global organization
