Job Summary
Leading a global strategic deals team, the full-time Strategic Deals Manager will execute high-value deals, develop compelling proposals, and create customized client presentations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Deals team, optimizing processes for proposal development and reporting workflows
- Oversee the creation of formal proposals and responses, ensuring professional quality across all client-facing materials
- Manage complex, high-value projects by defining timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and mitigating risks for a seamless customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, including direct people-management experience
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology Asset Lifecycle Management services
- Proven competency in cross-functional stakeholder management across various teams
- Proficiency in advanced presentation design and content creation tools, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
