A company is looking for a Strategic Corporate Development Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic growth and optimization initiatives through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Execute due diligence processes for complex transactions
• Develop financial models, business plans, and provide strategic guidance

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership
• MBA and/or CPA highly preferred
• Corporate development and transaction advisory experience
• M&A experience
