Job Summary
Owning the GMV outcome for a portfolio of Archive's largest brand partners, the full-time Strategic Director of Customer Growth will build executive relationships, drive commercial strategy, and prioritize strategic initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior brand stakeholders, managing QBRs and navigating complex conversations
- Own renewal strategies and lead expansion conversations, developing business cases for growth initiatives
- Coordinate internal teams to support account needs and drive outcomes across various functions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise account management or commercial roles with a focus on revenue outcomes
- Proven track record of managing VP+ relationships and leading commercial negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop growth strategies and drive pricing discussions
- Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for executive audiences
