Key Responsibilities

• Refine and execute a strategic donor recruitment plan for high-net-worth individuals
• Design and implement a digital campaign to grow the PAC donor list
• Develop a scalable event strategy to engage and attract new donors

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in working with major donors and/or digital fundraising
• Experience with values-aligned progressive organizations and donor collectives
• Innovative strategies grounded in donor psychology and movement-building
• Cultural competency and commitment to racial, gender, and economic justice
• Ability to provide relevant past work or case studies
