Job Summary
Leading the management of high-value client accounts, the full-time Strategic Engagement Manager will focus on strategic planning, client retention, and revenue growth while working remotely or onsite as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships for strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling
- Analyze market trends and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency in using AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
- Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting KPIs
- Experience in contract negotiation and renewal processes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
