Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Service Provider (SP) Account Executives to identify enterprise targets and close new business
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product effectiveness and account health
- Lead the contract renewal process and manage complex negotiations with SPs and customers
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level renewals through Service Providers or Channel Partners
- Expertise in leading multi-party contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of SaaS/Product contract structures
- Ability to balance relationships between SP Sales Teams and end customers
