Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Service Provider (SP) Account Executives to identify enterprise targets and close new business
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product effectiveness and account health
  • Lead the contract renewal process and manage complex negotiations with SPs and customers
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level renewals through Service Providers or Channel Partners
  • Expertise in leading multi-party contract negotiations
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/Product contract structures
  • Ability to balance relationships between SP Sales Teams and end customers
