Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the hosted events program, including the flagship annual user conference
• Develop and scale a multi-format hosted event portfolio to enhance brand relevance and customer engagement
• Oversee budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure events deliver measurable business value

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale events for high-growth SaaS/tech companies
• Proven experience managing seven-figure budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with C-suite stakeholders on event content and strategy
• Familiarity with event platforms and analytics tools
