Strategic Events Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Events & Engagement Manager to lead high-impact events in Saudi Arabia's innovation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of executive-level salons, roundtables, briefings, and other high-impact strategic events
• Own all event operations, including venue selection, guest experience, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics
• Track emerging policy, innovation, and business trends to inform engagement themes and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive events, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development in Saudi Arabia
• Track record of delivering polished, high-level experiences for government and corporate audiences
• Strong network across sectors including government, enterprise, and innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
