Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to Experience leadership, shaping and driving key priorities
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution readiness, bringing clarity and urgency to complex challenges
  • Craft executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling that align teams and influence decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED required
  • At least 7 years' experience in experience-related strategic roles
  • User-centric mindset with proven experience in Experience Design disciplines
  • Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar high-impact role
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines
