Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Field Engineer to support flagship accounts and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technical work aligned to customer outcomes across adoption, risk reduction, and operational maturity
  • Handle hands-on platform execution and support investigations and technical deep dives in customer environments
  • Coordinate efforts across Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to maintain execution continuity and drive progress
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years in cybersecurity or adjacent technical roles supporting enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on ability to work within security platforms and support investigation workflows
  • Experience collaborating across pre-sales, post-sales, and support functions
  • Ability to operate independently while aligning to broader account strategy
  • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technologies
