Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts while collaborating with data and growth teams
• Build financial models to evaluate scenarios for informed decision-making
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, analyze variances, and prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Background in investment banking or startup finance/business development preferred
• Experience with board or client deliverables
• Proven financial modeling and analysis experience, ideally in a healthcare startup
• Experience creating budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
