Strategic Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support Go-to-Market initiatives, the full-time Strategic Finance Analyst will build and manage datasets, tools, and systems that enhance decision-making across Growth, Marketing, and Product teams, while working remotely or from locations in San Francisco, New York, or Portland.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and owning core datasets that inform growth decision-making, such as CAC and LTV inputs
• Creating dashboards and tools to analyze performance across various channels and campaigns
• Translating strategic finance frameworks into scalable systems and automations that streamline decision-making processes

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, growth analytics, or a related field in a high-growth environment
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, with experience in defining scalable data models
• Expertise in modeling, including detailed P&Ls and operating models used by stakeholders
• Experience with growth, marketing, or customer-related metrics such as CAC and funnels
• A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and automate recurring workflows
