Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments through due diligence, financial/valuation analysis, and integration planning
Assist in developing comprehensive business plans, financial models, and investment proposals
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor company performance metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or technology
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analyses
Experience in consumer subscription software space or high-growth environment preferred
