Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual operating plan and budget process in collaboration with the CFO and functional leaders
• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to various business functions and assist in reporting to internal stakeholders
• Participate in the evaluation and optimization of finance systems and automate FP&A processes for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, particularly in Excel
• Proficiency in creating data-driven presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with FP&A and ERP platforms, with hands-on implementation experience being a strong plus
