Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and corporate development, the full-time Strategic Finance Associate will lead monthly financial processes, manage the company operating model, and assist in corporate development initiatives while working onsite in New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting processes, transforming accounting inputs into actionable insights and holding functional leaders accountable to financial targets
• Own the company operating model, supporting quarterly and annual business planning cycles and translating financial plans into team-specific OKRs
• Assist in corporate development efforts, including fundraising and strategic partnerships, working directly with executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams across different functions
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and ambiguity
• Strong quantitative skills and effective communication abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset
