Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and motivated Strategic Finance Associate, this full-time remote position will manage long-range financial modeling, support corporate development and investor relations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance through strategic analysis and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support capital allocation decisions and executive strategy sessions
• Conduct market research and assist in M&A diligence to inform strategic investment decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial modeling and forecasting support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with expertise in financial modeling
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills to synthesize complex data
• Proficiency with financial planning and analysis software and business intelligence tools is a plus
