Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing company, the full-time Strategic Finance Associate will deliver strategic insights, manage financial models, and partner with leadership to drive ROI-positive initiatives, with the flexibility to work onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics for decision-making
• Collaborate with the Data team to analyze and report core business KPIs and consumer behavior drivers
• Prepare decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors while ensuring financial accuracy with Accounting

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a similar analytical environment
• Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement models and forecasting; advanced Excel fluency required
• Working knowledge of ROI, LTV/CAC, GAAP, and modern analytics tools such as Tableau or SQL
• Structured thinker able to balance multiple priorities and translate complex data into decisions
• Empathetic collaborator who values diverse perspectives and supports teammates with strong analytical skills
