Strategic Finance Associate Principal
Job Summary
To support the financial operations of a global payments platform, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Associate Principal will lead annual planning, quarterly earnings, and monthly forecasting while providing analytical support for critical business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide OKR Performance Management and produce executive-level reporting on strategy execution
- Oversee forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for payment processing costs, including annual and quarterly financial guidance
- Collaborate with Payments product and business leaders to develop financial cases for new initiatives and optimize payment strategies
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, strategic finance, accounting, or related analytical roles
- B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools for large dataset analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and make actionable recommendations
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
