Job Summary
Supporting M&A valuations and due diligence, the part-time Strategic Finance Consultant will work remotely for 16-20 hours per week, contributing to strategic investment monitoring and financial modeling during a maternity leave coverage period.
Key responsibilities
- Support M&A valuation and deal-related activities
- Perform due diligence related to potential deals
- Create and populate financial models in Excel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of FP&A experience
- Experience analyzing financial statements
- Deal due diligence experience
- Experience with an automated ERP such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
