Strategic Finance Director

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Strategic Finance Director will lead financial due diligence and analytical support for inorganic growth initiatives, partnering closely with Corporate Development and senior leadership to evaluate and execute M&A strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial workstreams for potential acquisitions and investments
• Assess target performance, build financial models, and evaluate synergies and integration costs
• Coordinate input from multiple teams to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations for senior leaders

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years in Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related field, with a focus on software/SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including ARR/SaaS cohort modeling and valuation analysis
