Job Summary
Leading the financial strategy for a purpose-driven brand, the full-time Strategic Finance Director will manage the entire finance function, develop scalable systems, and drive profitability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials monthly with full account reconciliation
- Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, ensuring liquidity and visibility
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments with minimal variance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
