Strategic Finance Director

Job Summary

As the primary finance partner to the Chief Product Officer, the full-time Strategic Finance Director will manage the financial framework for Fetch's points economy and product experimentation, working remotely to enhance revenue growth strategies and optimize points investment.

Key responsibilities

• Own points experimentation economics, collaborating with Product and Data Science on cost modeling and results analysis
• Establish the financial framework for experimentation, connecting user behavior to points costs and ROI
• Deliver points forecasts and variance commentary to leadership, representing Product Finance in executive forums

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related roles, particularly in high-growth technology or AdTech environments
• Direct experience with loyalty/points/rewards program economics, including issuance and redemption modeling
• Proven project management skills in complex and ambiguous environments
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning tools, BI platforms, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of user growth dynamics
