Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's financial architecture, including long-range planning and decision support
• Drive financial strategy across brokerage and lending with clear return and risk frameworks
• Lead lending and pricing economics, focusing on loan book profitability and structured pricing strategy

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years in investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, or similar environments
• Experience modeling credit or balance sheet-driven businesses
• Strong intuition for cost of capital and financial structuring
• Experience supporting senior leaders and interacting with boards or investors
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including multi-scenario and stress testing
