Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize strategic initiatives for capital allocation
• Provide oversight on the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Develop investor-facing materials that communicate the company's strategic direction and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years of experience in equity research, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance roles
• Public SaaS company exposure with knowledge of technology software industry and SaaS financial metrics
• Demonstrated mastery in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial data providers such as FactSet, Pitchbook, and Bloomberg
