Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast
• Lead the annual planning process, including budgeting and goal alignment
• Establish monthly reporting for forecast vs. actuals and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Experience with company-wide financial models and annual planning processes
• Strong fluency in SaaS metrics and enterprise sales finance
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with various leaders
• Demonstrated executive communication skills for translating financial models into insights
