Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

To support the scaling of the business, the full-time Strategic Finance Lead will partner with the Head of Finance to build the financial operating system, oversee annual planning and forecasting, and drive strategic decision-making across various functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated operating model and financial forecasting processes
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to cross-functional leaders, enhancing visibility into business performance
• Collaborate on finance operations, including monthly close, audit preparation, and cash planning

Required qualifications

• 6-12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS companies and hybrid software + services business models
• Strong understanding of SaaS and professional services revenue models, including ASC 606 principles
• Proficiency in building and maintaining complex financial models and driver-based forecasting
• Familiarity with services metrics such as utilization and blended margins
