Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

Driving high-impact financial planning and reporting, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Lead will manage the company's integrated financial model, support annual and quarterly planning cycles, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated three-statement financial model, ensuring accurate reflection of all business activities
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes while consolidating inputs across various financial metrics
• Develop management and board-level reporting on company performance, spending priorities, and working capital management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical discipline
• Strong understanding of finance fundamentals, including financial statements and capital allocation
• Advanced financial modeling skills with experience in developing complex financial models
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
