Job Summary
To support the Strategic Finance / FP&A team, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Lead will manage revenue and sales forecasting, quota-setting, and commercial metrics, acting as a key liaison between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue forecast model for the commercial organization, integrating various data assumptions
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to the CRO and GTM leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights
- Lead the annual quota-setting and territory planning process in collaboration with Sales Operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or B2B software environment
- Expert-level financial modeling skills, including the ability to build revenue forecasts from scratch
- Deep understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC
- Experience supporting quota-setting and territory carving in partnership with Sales Operations
- Strong data skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
