Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

Partnering with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development, the full-time Strategic Finance Lead will perform key financial analyses, develop strategic initiatives for scalable growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's profitability, all while working remotely within the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a partner and report on strategic initiatives to the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development
• Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions such as pricing and expansion
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for efficient scaling and improved financial performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a startup
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Experience in SaaS or digital healthcare and pricing/packaging is a plus
