Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Strategic Finance Lead, this full-time remote position will manage financial planning and analysis, owning models and forecasts that guide company decision-making while leveraging AI to enhance processes and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning by building and maintaining financial models
• Run the planning cycles end to end, partnering with department heads to create realistic and ambitious plans
• Analyze actuals against budget and forecast, translating results into actionable insights for leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with a proven ability to build complex and usable models
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in forecasting, analysis, or reporting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and the three financial statements
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit, capable of managing competing priorities effectively
