Strategic Finance Lead
Job Summary
As a full-time Strategic Finance Lead, GTM, this remote position will manage financial models, oversee budgeting and forecasting for GTM initiatives, and analyze performance metrics to enhance resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate GTM investment efficiency and scenario plan across growth initiatives
- Own budgeting and forecasting processes for GTM spend, collaborating with budget owners to align with strategic priorities
- Analyze operating KPIs and funnel data to assess unit economics and overall GTM effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in financial services or analytical roles at a fast-growing company
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas) and BI tools like Looker
- Detail-oriented with a strong approach to working with financial data
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to understand efficiency metrics
- Interest in AI and its applications in finance for enhanced insights and decision-making
