Strategic Finance Lead
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives at a fast-growing company, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Lead will collaborate with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development and cross-functional leaders to analyze the business, develop pricing strategies, and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a partner to the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives
- Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions, including pricing and product development
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to develop a vision for efficient scaling and improved financial performance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a startup
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools
- Robust understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Experience in SaaS or digital healthcare, and pricing and packaging is a plus
