Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and ownership of the company's near-term operating budget and financial forecast
• Own and evolve the comprehensive long-term financial model, including scenario planning for growth paths and capital needs
• Prepare high-quality financial materials for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external investors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a finance-related role
• High financial modeling and presentation skills with experience building complex models
• Healthcare industry experience at a payer, provider, or value-based care organization
• Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear recommendations for executive leadership
