Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow
• Manage headcount planning, vendor spend, and implement cost controls to optimize resource deployment
• Forecast revenue, analyze client pipeline, and support pricing decisions while improving forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or banking
• Experience in a high-growth startup or technology-enabled company, preferably in healthcare
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience partnering with Sales and operational leaders
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and financial modeling experience
