Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance and Analytics Manager to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning cycles, including management and Board reporting
• Partner with finance leadership to develop dashboards tracking KPIs and monitor business performance
• Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements while enhancing financial models

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in strategic finance and analytics
• Experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or investment banking
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
• Strong business instincts and ability to manage through ambiguity
• Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
