Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Finance to support financial modeling, analysis, and reporting for decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage the company's financial model and provide actionable insights
• Support corporate finance processes, including fundraising and performance updates
• Help build a strategic finance team and establish scalable reporting and accounting processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or fast-growing companies
• Experience developing three-statement financial models and dashboards
• Strong understanding of unit economics and corporate finance concepts
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
