Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and drive outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and drive business goals
• Support teams with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market insights for new products and initiatives
• Analyze financial results versus budget/forecast and assist in financial model management, including forecasting and budgeting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in venture-backed companies, investment banking, or investing
• Strong leadership and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to influence across functions and levels
• Strong accounting and systems knowledge; experience with financial planning software is a plus
