Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with GMs and stakeholders across various properties, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will lead financial analysis, track key performance indicators, and support decision-making processes to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deep dives on revenue and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Track KPIs, diagnose drivers, and deliver recommendations to leadership
• Own monthly business reviews and prepare QBR materials with actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting in high-growth technology
• Extensive FP&A experience at corporate and business unit levels, including performance analysis
• Experience in Software/SaaS and/or B2C, with knowledge of revenue and cost forecasting
• Proven ability to recommend and implement programs that enhance profitability
• Strong operational orientation with a track record of collaboration with senior leaders
