Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Driving the core financial workstreams, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will maintain and improve financial models, manage the quarterly reforecast cycle, and support board reporting to ensure accurate and actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling, driver-based operating model for accurate decision-making
• Manage the end-to-end quarterly reforecast cycle, ensuring timely and clean outputs
• Prepare analysis and materials for board and investor reporting in collaboration with senior finance leadership

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting, preferably in a high-growth software company
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and driver-based models
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehousing and BI tools
• Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets with a focus on accuracy
