Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with GMs and stakeholders across WordPress.com and Automattic's portfolio, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will lead financial analysis, track KPIs, and support decision-making to drive growth and improve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deep dives on revenue and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Track key performance indicators and deliver actionable recommendations to leaders
• Own monthly business reviews and create financial models for partnership and acquisition decisions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting in high-growth technology
• Extensive FP&A experience at corporate and business unit levels, including annual planning and performance analysis
• Experience in Software/SaaS and/or B2C sectors, with knowledge of revenue and cost forecasting
• Proven ability to influence and implement programs that enhance profitability and competitive positioning
• Strong operational orientation and a track record of collaboration with senior leaders
