Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a key thought partner to leadership, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will manage long-range financial modeling, support special projects, and prepare executive reporting to influence strategic decisions at Skylo.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own long-range financial models forecasting multi-year revenue and investment scenarios
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, including capital raises and M&A, providing analytical support as needed
• Lead the development of strategic materials for the Board of Directors and investors, translating complex data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or a comparable analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in building models from scratch and stress-testing assumptions
• Experience working on special projects or cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Background in satellite, aerospace, or deep tech industries is strongly preferred
