Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a leading specialty pharmacy integrator, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, evaluate drug pricing dynamics, and develop strategic recommendations in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic finance partner, leading cross-functional projects requiring financial, operational, and strategic analysis
• Analyze specialty pharmacy economics and evaluate impacts from healthcare policy developments
• Develop data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations for growth opportunities and operational improvements

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or healthcare finance
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience analyzing large datasets
• Strong understanding of business models and unit economics
• Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree is a plus
• Healthcare or specialty pharmacy exposure is a strong plus
