Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the company's financial and operational performance, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will manage financial processes including planning, forecasting, reporting, and revenue operations while translating data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the close-to-forecast cycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines in financial reporting and budgeting
- Lead the financial oversight of the quote-to-cash process, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Drive procurement and cost optimization strategies, focusing on vendor management and spend analytics to improve operating leverage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, strategy, operations, and/or data analytics
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is strongly preferred
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy
