Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the strategic FP&A lead for Product & Engineering and Customer Support teams, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and capacity planning while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer retention initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Customer Support Capacity Planning by building and maintaining a robust capacity model in partnership with leadership
• Serve as the FP&A Lead for Customer Support and IT, leading forecasting and budget analysis to support organizational decision-making
• Champion Customer Experience Performance Metrics by owning the analytical narrative around SaaS retention and core metrics to drive operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment
• Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis and complex query writing
• Demonstrated ability to communicate analysis clearly and effectively to leadership
• High bias to action with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and building trust with stakeholders
